Weathered fascia board, soffit, and gutter line on an aging suburban home's exterior

Long-tenure owners of aging homes. The people who actually repaint, refloor, and replace fascia.

We pull owners who've held a 15-year-old home for years without a renovation permit, mail each one a letter with their address and year built, and tell you who scanned.

Sample letters

Three trades, three letters. Same idea every time: their address, their year built, their QR code.

Trade 01

Gutters

Letter

"Hi [First name], your home on [Street] was built in [Year]. Fascia and soffit from that era are the first thing storm inspectors flag. Scan for a photo-based estimate — we quote from the aerial, no ladder in your yard. — [Your name], [Company]"

Trade 02

Painting

Letter

"Hi [First name], stucco homes built in [Year] on [Street] are due for their second coat about now. Scan to see what a full exterior repaint of a home your size runs — fixed price, 5-year warranty. — [Your name], [Company]"

Trade 03

Flooring

Letter

"Hi [First name], most homes built in [Year] in [Neighborhood] still have the original floors. Scan for a flat-rate estimate for [Sq ft] sq ft — installed in a week. — [Your name], [Company]"

What happens after the scan

  1. 01

Scan logged in your Tayon CRM with name and address.

  2. 02

Homeowner requests the estimate on your landing page.

  3. 03

Tayon AI agent replies within minutes and books the visit on your calendar.

Why it works

Why renovation

Bids stack up before you get in the door

Online home-improvement leads arrive with the homeowner collecting five bids. You're one voice in a stack of quotes, not a letter addressed to them alone.

New buyers already spent their money

A homeowner who just closed put everything into the down payment. The renovation budget shows up years later — with the long-tenure owner, not the new one.

The record already knows who's due

Home age and years owned sit right in the public record. Postcards ignore them and hit every house on the route. We filter on them before a letter goes out.

Questions

Which trade gets exclusivity? +

The one you sign for. If you sign for gutters, you're the only gutter company we mail for in your county. Painting and flooring in the same county are still open unless another client has already taken them.

Can I change the filter? +

Yes. You approve the filter before anything mails, and you can adjust it monthly — tighten the year built, add a trade-specific option, change your minimum value, whatever your crew needs.

How fast do letters go out? +

First drop within 7 business days of signing. After that, letters mail in weekly drops for as long as you're a client.

Is your county still open for your trade?
